KIDS & TEENS' ACTIVITY - MAKING SHORTS AT THE FESTIVAL

The Festival offers children of all ages a very special audiovisual activity: MAKING SHORTS AT THE FESTIVAL, with a team prepared to do artistic makeup coordinated by Fabi Sampaio, so that they can create their own characters. Then, the children organize themselves into groups and record their 1-2 minute “short films”. The recording and editing will be done by the children, using cell phones that will be available for the activity, with the support of our team of instructors. The short films created will be sent to the parents and/or guardians of the participating children, and some of them will be posted on the Festival's TikTok channel (@curtakinoforum) in the days following the activity. The audiovisual collective Pináculo Filmes will produce a making-of of the activity, which will be available for viewing on the Festival's social networks. The activity is free; just arrive between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to participate. After the activity, children, parents and guardians are invited to watch the program short films Kids 1: Dreams of Today and Tomorrow, which will be shown in the Grande Otelo Theater, next to the space where the activity was held.
